Play Shadow Kings here.

Greetings everyone!

We’re super excited to announce our next update for Shadow Kings: Dark Ages. You’ve had plenty of time to get comfortable with the game and all the units, so now it’s time to take things to the next level. It’s time to work efficiently together and show the lands what you’re made of!

Forwarding Military & Espionage Reports to your alliance

Scout the area for your allies! Work together to achieve tactical dominance!

With a small button at the bottom of each report, Military and Espionage reports can be forwarded to your whole alliance (not individual members).
Any reports you forward will appear in a new section of the military reports area – one especially reserved for forwarded reports.

All reports of espionage you have conducted against other players can be forwarded. Reports about detected spy actions of other players and expired reports, however, cannot.

Alliance Diplomacy

Let your friends and foes alike know your allegiances! With the struggle for power spreading across the land, you’ve gotta know who your friends are!

Alliance leaders can set the diplomatic status towards other alliances (war, non-aggression agreement, pact).
City names will display this status on the world map.
Alliances can have up to 5 Non Aggression Agreements and Pacts (respectively) and unlimited declarations of war.
To end a war, both Alliances must agree to peace.

Detailed Movement Information

Your scouts have really been sharpening up their vision!

Now you can see incoming and outgoing attacks of both yourself and your alliance members in much more detail, displaying which types of tools and units are coming your way so you can properly prepare yourself to bunker down and fend off the attack. This also applies to support and resource movements.

Reward Festival

Purchase Diamonds and receive amazing rewards when your citizens throw a reward festival!

Other Changes

There is now a blue marker on the quest log UI to show you how many quests you have active. Once you receive a new quest, you will see the standard yellow marker that shows you how many new quests have been added.

There are now visual links between your Cities and Outposts so that you can find them much easier.

Thanks and have fun!

Your Shadow Kings team
